A: PrintArtKids currently offers Notepads, Note Cards (can be used to create Thank-You Notes and Birthday Cards), Holiday Cards, Postcards, Notebooks/Journals, Return Address Labels , Gift Labels and Puzzles. Check back often for new products!

Are shipping charges included in the price?
A: Customer pays for shipping charges determined at the time of checkout. Shipping charges vary based upon total product weight, shipping method and shipping destination.
Q6: Can I order a single notepad or must I purchase in sets? What is the cost of a single notepad?
A: You can purchase a single notepad, however, the cost per pad is significantly lower when purchasing notepads in sets of 4. Contact customerservice@PrintArtKids.com for special order requests and pricing.
Q8: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express) for website orders.
Q10: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed immediately and are typically ready to ship within 7-10 business days We expedite orders for quicker turnaround during the winter holiday season. Transit time from completion of order to arrival at your location will range from 1-6 days with standard shipping, depending upon the shipping destination. To make arrangements for rush orders, please contact customerservice@PrintArtKids.com. Additional shipping charges for rush orders will apply. Fundraising orders will be delivered according to schedules prearranged with the host organization.
Q11: Can I use artwork created by other people, or use images from the PrintArtKids website?
A: No, you may not use artwork created by other people, or use images from the PrintArtKids website. Any image that does not belong to you and is protected by copyright or trademark law cannot be reproduced. By submitting an order, the customer acknowledges that he/she has obtained all legal and necessary copyright clearances and permission to reproduce any and all submitted artwork, and that the material described above is not in violation of copyright. The customer will be completely liable for any legal costs, court expenses, and/or legal representation incurred as a result of copyright violations.
Q12: Can I choose a border color or font not offered as a standard option?
A: Yes, you may choose a custom border color or font. There will be a one-time design fee for special color and/or font requests, based upon the amount of time required to create the custom design. Please contact customerservice@PrintArtKids.com with your detailed request. Please make sure to include your name, telephone number and email address. A customer service representative will contact you.
Q13: Can PrintArtKids “erase” scribbles or marks on the artwork?
A: Yes, PrintArtKids can “erase” or “color retouch” the artwork. A design fee will apply based on the amount of color retouching needed.
Q14: Can I use my favorite photographs instead of artwork?
A: Yes! All products can be customized with your favorite photographs. Just upload your photo onto the product the same way you would with a photo or scan of your artwork. Follow the instructions on the ordering pages to create your item. See “Our Gallery” for photo product samples. For best results, click here for more detailed information.
Q15: Can I use multiple images on a product?
A: Multiple images can be used on Holiday Cards , Invitations, Postcards, Photo Notepads and Photo Note Cards. See the product pages for detailed information on specific products or contact customerservice@PrintArtKids.com for special requests.
Q16: Can products be personalized with a custom message?
A: Holiday Cards, Note Cards, Invitations, Thank-You Notes, Birthday Cards, Postcards , and Puzzles can be personalized with your custom message.
Q17: How can I get the best results for my printed artwork and photographs?
A: Take a digital photo of the artwork and upload it to your computer. You can also scan the artwork or photograph directly to your computer. For best results, set your digital camera to the highest resolution possible (fine, super fine, etc.) to produce the largest JPEG (.jpg) file possible, at least 1280 X 960 pixels. If you are scanning the artwork, set the scanner to save at 300 dpi resolution.
Make sure to crop and rotate the image for correct orientation prior to uploading to PrintArtKids. All color adjustments and image enhancements (such as red eye removal, brightening of digital image, and lighting adjustments) should also be made to the image prior to uploading the file to PrintArtKids.
